Many thanks for visiting the new Webcon UK Forums.
Webcon have been providing the finest Global fuelling and ignition products and service since 1975 and are now probably the largest distributor of genuine Weber carburettors and spare parts anywhere in the World.
I hope these forums will grow into a valuable Weber and Webcon resource, and if you have any questions regarding the forums, or ideas as to how they could be improved, please feel free to email me at
forumadmin@webcon.co.uk.
Kind Regards
Martin Eva

Hi Martin,
What a good idea to have some forums to discuss projects & ideas!
Just thought I would set the ball rolling & say hello & introduce myself.
My name is Gareth, and I am by training a mechatronics engineer with experience in the Aerospace & Automotive sector. Both in design & project management.
We have been using Webber & webcon products for a while with our side project of ebd - Engineered By Design - building & preparing competition cars. Which is a small but growing organisation!
Thanks for setting up these forums, looking forward to getting some good information from it & supporting where I can! _________________ www.engineeredbydesign.co.uk

| great to have a site that links to the knowledge of the factory, maybe as time goes by we will get some access to the discontinued carbs of the past for those who wish to saty as original as possible. |

While this forum was a nice idea its not worth the effort or expence.
Every forum requires the admin and mods to sortof prop up the posts with replies untill there are enough members who will post for it to support itself.
This isnt being done leaving a forum with no posts for weeks on end and worse than that simple questions are never answered.
Its a pity really as i feel more freely available information about the products would greatly boost sales.
The internet is now littered with car forums and websites and misinformation spreads very easily and quickly. Actual facts are very hard to find.
Its a shame but its true |
