Is there an idle adjustment on the Alpha throttle bodies anywhere ? I have just refreshed my engine and find that the idle is now too slow and I have trouble keeping the revs high enough. Due to installation constraints my cable linkage between the throttle bodies is non standard and doesn't have an adjustment for idle, only for balance.
Also can someone point me towards a parts diagram of a Throttle body so that I can see what all the components that make it up are and the part numbers ? The alpha parts leaflet on the Weber website doesn't go down to this level of detail focussing mainly on the ancillaries |

| I find I have answered my own question. The screw with the lock nut on the top of the TB between the barrels acts as the stop for the butterflies and hence gives a degree of idle adjustment. Mine now idles properly now its been adjusted. Once run in, the idle speed will creep up due to less internal friction so I can then ease the screw back again to a lower setting. |
