Hi folks

I'm in the process of building a kitcar using a 2.0 zetec and Alpha throttle bodies/ ecu. The engine and management setup was bought complete second hand. Apparently the engine had never run on its Alpha setup as it was from an aborted kitcar build. Sadly, the previous owner didn't have any of the instruction manuals for wiring up and trying out the setup. It is complete with all the connectors as when new but i have no idea which of the smaller wires in the loom without plugs does what. Obviously rev counter output is one but i dont know the others. Also as its a pre '95 zetec, i'll get away without running a cat- do i still need to fit a lambda sensor to the exhaust?

Can anybody supply me with a copy of the installation manual or help in any way?

Cheers

Smile
