When replacing an ignition system on a Vauxhall 8V engine with an alpha ignition system when fuelling with 40 DCOE's... what do people run? - Something like the Ford EDIS?

I am talking about budget replacement here!

i dont know a lot about this, but my car is similar to yours, its a Lemans, with a 1.6 8V (Astra Mk 2) this car has the GM HEI ignition. The advance is run by the computer. I am sure that you can incorporate this in to the alpha system
