What would be considered the normal size of aux venturis in 40 DCOEs when using 36mm chokes?

These are on an opel 2.0 engine
Thanks.

Last question then

Does the number written on the side of them indecate the size of them?

The ones i have say 6 just beside where the retaining screw locates on the outside of the venturi.
There is also an S looking symbol on the opposite side.

Thanks folks

I have seen that, come to think of that. The DCOM is an inferior carburetor in my estimation

Not in mine, the diaphram pump is a better design.
Its this pump that give the dellorto DHLAs the advantage over the DCOE.

If it was a better design, Weber should have stopped making the DCOE and made the DCOM in all sizes. they didnt. The piston pump mechanism has many advantages
1-stroke length
2-spring strength
3-not affected by alcohol
